red pepper and basil pesto chicken over penne

Ingredients
* *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped * Walnuts, .5 cup shelled * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp * Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp * Garlic, 1 clove * Pasta, cooked, 2 oz * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed * Basil, 5 leaves
Directions
- place red pepper on cookie sheet and roast 6-8 mins, drizzled with olive oil and salt
- remove and let cool, then slice
- add red pepper, walnuts, and parmesan cheese in food processor and mix until semi smooth
- add in oil and mix, set aside
- cook chicken 4-6 mins each side, remove and dice
- cook pasta
- drain pasta and combine chicken, pesto and pasta in pot and serve
