Falafel- Deconstructed

Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)Red onions (2 tbs to a.25 cup.Iove onions so I add a lot)Parsley 1-2 tbs Olive oil- A splash or a glug.I put in around 2 tbs.Tahini 1 tsp (If you have it. If not, it's fine)Lemon Juice - Half a lemon and the zestSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mash everything except olive oil together with the back of a fork. Mix in olive oil and stir a few times. Enjoy.

    Yes, I am with you on olives (shudder!) but yet I see like me, you use olive oil!
