Chinese Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1lb chicken2 tbls olive oil1/4 cup water1 tbsl cornstarch1 tsp red pepper flakes1 tsp sugar1 bunch green onions1 bunch broccoli, chopped1 tablespoon garlic, minced3 tbls low sodium soy sauce (more to taste)1/4 cup sherry
Directions
Add oil to pan, warm, add garlic and onions, sautee, add in chicken (chopped into 1inch pieces), cook for about 5 minutes, add in water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and pepper. Bring to boil, add in broccoli. Serve over rice!
