Maple-Soy Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
2 (4-oz) wild caught salmon fillets1 dash salt2 dashes fresh ground pepper1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*. Dry fillets with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Mix soy sauce & maple syrup together. Brush over salmon. Let sit for 5 minutes. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place salmon on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
