Ingredients
3 cups oat cereal1 egg white1 cup splenda1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)1 tsp cayene pepper (or to taste)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 325.
2. Grease baking sheet.
3. Beat egg white until foamy, gradually add splenda and other seasonings until thick and glossy.
4. Pour in cereal, stir to completely coat and spread in even layer on baking sheet.
5. Bake about 15 min or until set.
6. Cool 20-30 minutes. Break into pieces and store in air tight container.
