Honey Crisp Chicken

Ingredients
6 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast2 tbsp of honey2 tbsp of fat free mayo1/2 cup cheerios (other cereals can be used)
Directions
Pre-heat over to 350 degrees.
Rinse off chicken breast and dry with paper towel.
Place chicken on cookie sheet.
Use knife to spread mayo all over chicken.
In a quart size bag, smash cheerios into small pieces.
Sprinkle smashed cheerios over chicken.
Drizzle honey over chicken.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Recipe makes two 3 ounce servings.
