Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Mix, canned, 1 cup Flour, white, 2 cups western family egg substitute, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupsBaking Soda, 2 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp *Kroger 100% Juice Frozen Concentrated Apple Juice (Concentrate only), 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Raw, 1/2 CBanana, fresh, 1 small Grandmas country vital wheat gluten, 2 Tbs1/2 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients, including spices in a large mixing bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl - slightly mashing banana. Mix well. Then add wet to dry ingredients, mixing well. Slowly add chocolate chips and mix till blended. Preheat oven to 350, put on sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 8 minutes or until edges are golden.
