Ingredients
Ingredients1/2 kg raw jackfruit, deseeded and cut into small pieces2 large sized onions, chopped3 medium sized tomatoes, crushed to make puree2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)1 tsp chilli powdersalt to taste1/4 tsp garam masala powdermutton masala MDH - 1tbsp2 to 3 green chillies, finely chopped2 to 3 tbsp fresh coriander (dhania)1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste3 tbsp oil and more for frying
Directions
Heat oil in the karahi, fry kathal till golden brown. heat oil in the wok add onions and ginger paste,saute on low flame till brown. add salt and tomato puree, saute till all the water evaporates and the oil leaves the sides of the wok. now add all the masalas, stir foe 4-5 mins till oil comes out of the masala.now add kathal and 1/2 cup water. sim. toss it after 10 min and more then remove it from fire after 30 min.
