Meatloaf w/ polenta

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork1 lb ground beef1/2 cup finely diced onion1/2 cup finely diced celery1 garlic clove mincedtwo basil leaves chopped2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped1/3 cup rice milk1/2 cuppolenta2 eggsseason with Mrs Dash
Directions
mix all ingredients together
form loaf
bake 400 degree F for 15 min
lower heat to 350 degree F cook another 45 min or til done
