Tuscan White Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Beans, navy, dry or 2 15oz. cans of beans1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp. thyme1tsp. coriander1/2 tespoon coriander1/2 tsp cayenne1 large Onions, chopped 4 cloves Garlic, chopped 6 cups Chicken Broth, or water 4 Tbs. Fleischman's Unsalted Stick ButterSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook dry beans as directed. Heat Oil in Pot and saute onions, garlic, and all the spices. Add beans and chicken stock. Once heated through, use immersion blender and puree soup until smooth. Add margarine at the end for a nice smooth texture. Season with salt and pepper.
