* Hellaby Bacon Hock, 1000 gram(s) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Butter Beans - Metelliana, 480 gram(s)
Directions
Boil Bacon Hocks with water and Butter Beans until soft, remove skin. Fry onion and add to Beans and pork. Serve with Rice or bread or pita bread.
