Oatmeal Pumpkin Breakfast

Ingredients
Oats 40 gramsPumpkin, canned 1/4cupAlmonds, raw, chopped 9 gramsFlax seed, ground 3 gramsAlmond Milk, vanilla 1/2 cupPumpkin Pie spice mix or cinnamon, a sprinkle
Directions
Cook oats. Add pumpkin and let the whole mixture warm again. Add nuts & flax seed, stir. Sprinkle with spice. Pour on almond milk and enjoy.

The almond milk adds sweetness. I have a protein drink (10grams protein) and 1/2 of a small banana with this breakfast.
