Dave's green balanced smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup of plain soymilk1/2 scoop of Spiru-Tein High protein energy meal -- Vanilla1 cup of frozen fruit medely from Costco, or any frozen mixed fruit.2 leaves of fresh swiss chard, strip greens off stalk and throw away stalk. use the green leafy parts only.1/2 cup - 1 cup fresh baby spinach.1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds.
Pour in soymilk
Slowly mix in protein powder
Mix in greens, blend on high.
Add fruit (helpful to microwave frozen fruit for 30 seconds to Slightly thaw, depending on strength of blender. I have a vita mix and still do this).
Add in chia seeds last so they will not stick to sides of blender.
