Weight Watcher Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beefchopped onion and salt to taste1 24 oz. can tomatoes1 12 oz. can corn1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes3 - 14 or 15 oz. cans kidney beans1 pkg - 1 1/4 oz. taco seasoning mix1 pkg - 1 oz. envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing and seasoning mix.
Directions
I use a crock pot for this recipe just add ingrediants and leave it alone! Let it simmer on low as long as you like. Serve when hot.

Brown ground beef and onions in sauce pan.
Drain and add to crock pot.
While cooking beef and onions, start opening cans and adding all ingrediants to crock pot including both seasoning mixes.

Heat through and serve.
1 1/2 cups = 2 weight watcher points per serving!
