Strawberry-Pecan Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 cup baby spinach1/2 cup strawberries, sliced1 tablespoon pecans, chopped1 tablespoon sugar-free strawberries preserves1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk strawberry preserves, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mixture will be thick. Let sit 5 minutes. Place spinach on a plate. Sprinkle with pecans. Layer strawberries on top. Spoon "dressing" over the top and enjoy.
