Joan's Famous Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 2/3 cup flour1 cup sugar1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 large eggs1 15 oz. can plain pumpkin1/2 cup butter, melted1 cup (6 oz) chocolate chips
Grease mini muffin baking pan
Thoroughly mix four, sugar, pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Break eggs into another bowl. Add pumpkin and butter and whisk until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour over dry ingredients and fold in with spatula until dry ingredients are moistened.
Bake @ 20 min at 350 or @ 15min at 300 for convection oven.
Golden raisins are a great substitute.
Makes 2 dozen (24 mini muffins).
