Gateau au Crepes

Ingredients
Crepes: Combine eggs , 2/3 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter, melted, 1/2 cup flour. Heat pan and make crepes; set them aside. Sauce: Melt butter, add 1/2 cup flour, making a roux. Add 3 cups milk, cook, stirring, until thickened. Add cheese and heat until melted. Set aside. Butter a casserole dish, and place a crepe on the bottom. Sprinkle with 1 cup ham and 1 cup broccoli. Top with about 1 cup sauce. Repeat layers.
Directions
Place a crepe on the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup diced ham and 1 cup broccoli. Pour about a cup of the sauce over all. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes.
