Ingredients
Directions
1 tbsp coconut oil (you can use olive oil, but I would drop it down to 1 tsp)1 cup diced swiss chard with stems1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp fresh ground black pepperDash (small) of kosher salt
Trim end of stems on swiss chard and then dice stems and leaves seperately. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil on med heat for about a minute. Add stems, as they take longer to cook. Let cook for a couple of minutes then add the leaves, garlic powder and the black pepper. Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes stir it a couple of times. I add a dash of salt after it is on my plate.
