low carb cheesecake crust

Ingredients
1 cup Almond Meal/Flour1.5 scoops Whey Powder5 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon cinnamon1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Combine almond flour, whey powder(I use vanilla whey powder), 3 T Splenda, 1T cinnamon and 1 t nutmeg. Add 5 T melted butter and mix well.

Spray a deep dish pie plate or round baking dish with non-stick spray.

Add mixture to the baking dish and pat crust to flatten and spread evenly. Cook for 10-15 minutes let completely cool.
