No cream creamy broccoli soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*(OXO) Vegetable Stock Cube, 1 serving (remove)Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 4.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 0.5 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
chop onions, carrots, celery. Saute in oil, 5 mins. Add oxo cube, 4 cups water and pepper, bring to boil. Add broccoli and rice. Simmer until all veg are tender. Puree (I use a stick blender). Add milk, warm through. Stir in parmesan. Yum!
