1/2 tsp. Cumin PowderChili powder, 1 tbsp whole onion, raw (1 onion) Tofu crumbles like hamburger, 10 oz Bell Pepper, Green - 1 cup choppedGoya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning w/pepper 1 tsp Peeled Whole Tomatoes in Tomato Juice 28 oz can, 28 oz Goya Small Red Beans, 1 cupTomato Paste 2 tbsp Herb, Cilantro, Fresh, 2 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
chop onions, garlic & green peppers and cook with Tofu crumbles and Adobo seasoning. cook until onions are soft.
Add cumin & chili powder. Be careful tofu crumbles don't burn.
Stir in remaining ingredients, breaking up the tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
