Leftover Tofu Surprise

Directions
One package Birds Eye Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice. (2 cups)8 oz Extra Firm Lite Tofu (choose whichever brand suits you)1 Cup Frozen Petite Peas1/2 of a large Yellow Bell PepperSauce:1 Cup warm water with Better than Bullion No Beef Bullion (prepared as instructed)3 Tbsp Agave Nectar3 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Microwave Rice package acording to instructions.
While that cooks prepare sauce in pan by adding together;
Water
Bullion
Agave Nectar
Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Warm sauce and add Frozen Peas,
while cutting up;
Tofu (mine was leftover from previouse night, and was baked with spices)
Yellow Bell Pepper
Add cooked Rice, Tofu and Pepper to mix and simmer until warm and flavors have combined.
