Ingredients
Thomas Bagel Thins (any kind, we like the "everything" bagel the best)1 slice low fat ham1 slice american cheese1 egg scrambeled fried with no stick spray
Directions
Simply place the ham, then egg, then cheese on a toasted bagel thin and enjoy!

These taste great too after being put in a ziploc baggie (to take on the road), the moisture in the bag softens the bagel and melds all the flavors together!
