Ricotta Dessert Soufflé

Ingredients
12 oz ricotta cheese1 small banana, mashed1/2 c water1/8 c powdered sweetener, or to taste2 large eggs1/4 t ground nutmeg1/2 t or more cinnamon2 T jam or jelly
Directions
Mix all ingredients w/mixer for about 3 minutes. Pour into two small oiled soufflé dishes or four large custar cups. Place on baking sheet and bake until firm, more or less 30 minutes in medium oven. While still warm, spread two TB any jam on top. Let cool, then refrigerate.
