Unbelievable low fat brownies

Ingredients
1 cup applesaucel/2 cup sugar1 tsp. vanilla3/4 cup white flourl/3 cup cocoa2 tsp. bak. powderl/2 tsp. bak. sodal/2 tsp. saltl/4 cup semi sweet choc. chipsl/3 cup walnuts, choppedGlazel/2 cup choc chips1 Tbsp. light corn syrup1 TBSP butter
Directions
Mix brownie ingredients by hand, mixing with wooden spoon til no longer lumpy. Spray 8x8 pan with non stick spray.. Bake 25-30 min. or til center is firm and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.

Glaze, optional
1/2 c. choc. chips
1 TBSP light corn syrup
1 TBSP butter

Melt all in microwave appx. 30 seconds. Spread on brownies and let cool.

These are sooooooooooo good for a relatively modest amount of calories--and VEGAN too! Very low cholesterol!
Without Glaze: 121 calories, 3.7 for l/12 of 8" pan
With Glaze 168 calories, 6.8 fat.

You can also leave nuts out for fewer calories!
