Potluck Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 C reduced fat sour cream1 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese2 T minced fresh onion5 tsp butter, melted1/2 t black pepper1/4 t salt1/8 t ground red pepper1 pkg frozen hash browns, thawed (30 ounce)1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup1 Cup coarsely crushed cornflakes2 T chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat to 350. Combine first 10 ingredients (through soup) in large bowl: spread evenly into 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle cornflakes over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley.
