Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp/ 1/2 cupLime Juice, 1/2 fresh squeezed with pulp
Directions
chop onions, cilantro and tomatoes. Squeeze the lime. Combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt or garlic salt (seasons not included in recipe)
