Chedder Chicken Strata

Ingredients
6 cups Whole Wheat Bread cubes (1/2 inch) (Approx. 10 slices)1-1/2 cups Fat Free Chedder Cheese1-1/2 cups cooked Chicken or Turkey5 egg whites2 cups nonfat milk
Directions
Layer 3 cups of bread cubes, 1 cup of cheese in greased 2 quart baking pan. Top with remaining 3 cups of bread cubes.
Beat egg whites and milk with wire wish until well blended. Pour evenly over bread layer and be sure to evenly moisten bread.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 325F. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes and serve
