Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Turkey1/4 c flaxseen meal 1/4 c bread crumbs1 egg2 T Parmesan Cheese1/2 t Oregano2 t garlic powder2 t Parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form into 2 inch balls
Brown meatballs in olive oil
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Makes about 16 servings.

    Very good! You don't even need to use olive oil. You can spray your baking pan with Pam and the meatballs form a nice crust. - 3/10/08
