McTurandot's Red Curry Chicken and Veg

350 grams chicken breast, cubed250 grams firm tofu , cubed2 tsp sesame oil.5 cup onions, sliced.5 cup red pepper strips.25 cup frozen peas3 asparagus cut into bitesized1 carrot in strips1 cup broccoli in bitesized.25 c ginger root in pieces2 T red thai curry sauce2 T coconut milk1 T soy sauce tamari
sautee in 1 tsp sesame oil the veggies, adding water when necessary, but keeping them "al dente". Remove veg and sautee chicken in 1 tsp oil, til cooked through. Add tofu. Add the curry sauce, soy sauce and coco milk to blend. Return the veggies to the wok and combine.....Enjoy!! with brown rice!!
