Ingredients
3 egg whites (beaten)1/4 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)1/4 cup fresh spinach1/4 tsp fresh garlic (to taste) 1/4 cup 2% shredded cheese
Directions
saute veggies in non-stick spray
add salt & pepper to taste
add beaten egg whites
once set, add cheese
fold in half & turn onto plate
