Ingredients
1 Large Can of Canned Chicken (drained)1/2 Cup of Frank's Hot Sauce1 Cup Light ranch dressing1/2 Cup 2% Cheddar Cheese Crumbles1 8 ounce box of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients, heat and serve. Can heat in a microwave until ingredients blendable but this is best served in a crock pot. Should be warm after an hour on high then can be turned down to low to keep warm.

This makes about 18 1/4 cup servings. Nutritional info is for 2 ounce servings/ 1/4 cup servings.
