Ingredients
4 lbs country style ribs (untrimmed)1 large onion3/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup3/4 cup honey Dijon mustard
Directions
Slice onion and layer on bottom of slow-cooker
In a separate bowl mix syrup and mustard. Coat ribs and layer over onions, pour remaining mix on top. Cook on medium for 6--8 hours until tender
