Garlic, 1 tsp *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Cilantro, dried, 3/4 tspPepper, black, .1/2 tsp Lime Juice, 3 tbsp Orange Juice, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Green Peppers , 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (
1) Mix together all spices, juices and honey in a sealable plastic bag.
2) Heat a non stick skillet and stir fry chicken which has been cut into thin strips. About 5minutes
3) Add veggies and cook till tender crisp.
4) serve in flour tortills or over a bed of rice ( extra calories )
