Low Sodium White Chili

1.5 Cups dried Great Northern Beans1.5 Cups dried Navy Beans1.5 Cups dried Lima Beans8 cups low sodium chicken stock1 whole chicken breast fillet, cubed8 oz. ground turkey2 cups chopped onion1 clove garlic, crushed2 jalapeņo peppers, chopped finely1 habanero pepper, chopped finely1 clove garlic, crushed1 TBS olive oil1 TBS Mrs. Dash Chipotle Flavored seasoning1 TBS cayenne pepper1 Tsp ground cumin
Rinse and sort beans. Soak overnight.
In a large pot, heat 1 TBS olive oil. Brown cubed chicken and ground turkey. Add onion, peppers, and garlic, and saute until softened. Add broth, beans, and seasonings and stir until mixed. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until beans are soften and liquid thickens, about 3 hours.
ALTERNATIVE COOKING TECHNIQUES:
After browning poultry and sauteeing vegetables, combine with remaining ingredients in crock pot or pressure cooker. Cook overnight in crockpot, or cook 1 hour in pressure cooker.
