Slow cooker Barbecue pork

Ingredients
# Tomato Sauce, .25 cup # Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp # *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.1 cup # Chili powder, 2 tsp # Salt, .25 tsp # Pepper, black, .25 tsp # Pork Tenderloin, 48 oz # Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Directions
Coat the inside of a 5-6 quart slow cooker pot with cooking spray. Add the tomato sauce, apple juice, maple syrup, flour, chili powder , salt and black pepper. Whisk until smooth. Place the meat in the pot. Turn to coat well with the sauce. Add the onion. Cover and cook on the low-heat setting for 8-9 hours. or until fork tender. Remove the meat form the slow cooker to a cutting board. Shred the beef with a fork. Return to the slow cooker and combine with the sauce. Serve over brown rice or on whole grain rolls.

    it is good. made a mistake and put 1 serving when it should be 12 so the calories are off. It's more like 280 cal per serving.
