(multiply quantities by 5 to make a big batch)1 cup rolled oats0.5 cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped0.25 cup mixed seeds1.5 tbsp ground flax0.75 tsp cinnamon0.25 tsp ground ginger0.25 cup applesauce, unsweetened3 tbsp apple juice, unsweetened0.5 tbsp walnut oil(dried fruit, if you want it)
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Mix the wet ingredients together in one bowl and the dry in another, then pour the wet into the dry and mix until totally combined. Bake in the oven for about 40 mins, stirring every 10 mins or so.
