cottage cheese and chick pea salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked chick peas, mashed1/2 cup cottage cheese (natural, no fat)2 sticks of celery, chopped3 spring onions or shallots sliced1/4 red pepper, chopped1/4 green pepper, chopped1tbsp low fat mayo1tbsp fromage fraise (no fat)
Directions
as long as the chick peas are cooked then there is no cooking involved in this dish.

Miss all ingredients together and enjoy. Makes 2 portions for a lunch or 4 if a side dish to accompany a main course.
