Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage (or other chicken sausage, this one has 120 calories)1 egg (medium)Egg Substitute 1/2 cupgreen pepper 1/2 cup chopped upmushrooms 3 fresh choppedasiago cheese 1 tablespoons
Directions
Crack egg and add egg beaters.
Chop up veggies and sausage and add to mix
Add cheese
scramble away
