Ground Beef Extra Lean(96/4), 1 lbsProgresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1/2 cupQuirch Frozen Diced Onions and Peppers, 1/2 cup Hunt's tomato sauce - no salt added, 1/2 of (8oz) canDeli Brown Mustard, 1 1/2 TspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 1/2 TspHeinz 57 Sauce, 1 1/2 Tsp100% Liquid Egg Whites, 3 Tbsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 1 Tbsp
Mix all ingredients together with hand to make sure all ingredients evenly distributed throughout meat, divide into 4 equal servings, place servings into a 6 count muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray, cook at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees
