Easy Homestyle Mac and Cheese (stovetop)

1 pound of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (cut into cubes)4 tbsp of stick margarine1 cup milk (I used 2%)1 pound cooked pasta 1 head (about 4 chopped cups) steamed cauliflower
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Steam Cauliflower until fork tender (about 10 minutes)
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add milk and cheese. Cook over medium until cheese is completely melted and sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally.
Mix bite sized pieces of cauliflower into cooked pasta and pour sauce over. Mix well, coating the pasta/caulifower mixture. Serve as a side or a main dish.
