Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese1/4 cup margarine or butter1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup grated parmesan cheeseGarlic powder and parsley to taste
Directions
Soften margarine and cream cheese over low heat. Whisk in milk and parmesan cheese. Cook until slightly thickened. Serve over pasta.
