Baked Spaghetti with Chicken

Ingredients
You will need:1 sauce pan 1 po. 1 large bowl 1 deep dish baking pan
Directions
1 pound of Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk,
2 tsp Mrs. Dash
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp Black Pepper
4 Garlic Clove
½ medium Onion
½ tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Splenda
1 box of Wheat Spaghetti

Prepare your onions and garlic cloves by cutting them thin. Warm your sauce pan on medium heat. Put your olive oil, onions, and garlic in the sauce pan. When your onions are translucent, place your diced chicken in the pan. (Chicken can be pre-cooked. If not allow time to cook your chicken.) Place your Mrs. Dash, Italian Seasoning, Black Pepper, and Splenda in the pan and mixed well. Then pour your marinara sauce in the pan and stir well. Put your heat on low.

Cook your paste and follow direction on the box.

Place your Wheat Spaghetti and sauce in a large bowl and mix well. Put mixture in a deep dish baking pan. Spread your Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the mix.

Place dish in oven on 325 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
