1 can Bush's Grillin' Beans Black Bean Fiesta1 can Dei Frateli Mexican chopped tomatoes1 small can sliced mushrooms1/2 cup sliced jalapeno peppers1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper1/2 cup chopped red onion9 jumbo black olives (sliced)
Dump all ingredients into a large pan on the stove top. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Add chili powder to taste or cajun seasoning.
Serve with traditional chili toppings or eat in spoonfuls on Baked Tostitos tortilla chips.
