Creamy and savory Farina (think polenta)

5 cups water2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt2 t onion powder1 t garlic powder1 1/2 cups farina 2 T Butter1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt1/4 grated parm
Bring water to boil in pot with salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Whisk is farina quickly and thoroughly, to avoid any lumps. Cook until it thickens (only 1-4 minutes).
Remove from heat. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Add additional salt, pepper, or herbs to taste (rosemary is great especially if you are making this to go with something braised and saucy like chicken provencal).
Eat!
