Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
Garbanzo beans, Extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, ground sesame seeds and chicken broth.
Directions
Prepare Garbanzo beansand use broth to cook them in. Drain but reserve the broth for thinning the processed beans about 2 cups. (or use canned to cut prep time), mince garlic, grind sesame seeds, have olive oil measured out.
In batches begin to combine all ingredients in a food processor until very smooth
The recipe makes 60 1/4 cup servings.
