Mediterranean Chicken stir fry

Ingredients
Bell peppers [red and green]onionplum tomatoeschicken breast tenders12 spice seasoning from Trader Joesolive oilwatersea salt and pepper to tastecrushed garlic**optional drizzle balsamic reduction on top, use sparingly its got lots of sugar! **
Directions
dice the bell peppers, onion and tomato, set aside.

whisk together 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, few spoonfuls of water, crushed garlic, 12 spice seasoning, put the chicken tenders in the bowl and add some salt and pepper to season. let it marinade about 30 minutes, don't let it sit more then an hour or two.

put the chicken in a hot cast iron skiller and cook a few minutes on each side, add the bell peppers, onion, tomato together and cook until the chicken is done and the vegetables tender.
