Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1/3 cocoa, unsweetened1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup warm water1 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup coconut oil, melted or vegetable oil1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients really well including the sugar. Mix wet ingredients really well and blend well with dry.

Pour into prepared muffin cups or use paper liners or put in 9" square pan. Bake 30 minutes for cake or 15 minutes for cupcakes. Cool in pan.

Serving Size: 12 cupcakes or one 9" square pan.
