For the Fruit Mixture:1 Quart quartered strawberries2 Cups diced mango1/4 Cup sugar1/4 Cup flourFor the Topping:1 Cup flour1/2 Cup rolled oats1 Cup brown sugar1/2 Cup (1 stick) margarine
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix the ingredients for the fruit mixture together in a large bowl. Spread evenly in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix the dry ingredients for the topping in a medium bowl. Cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles small peas. Spread evenly over the fruit mixture. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm with non-dairy ice cream.
