Ingredients
edients: *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded Raisins, 1 cup, packed (or mixed fruit, I add chopped apricots) Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Oat Bran, .5 cup or Rolled Oats Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) Just use rind of orange Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp or Golden syrup Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup Cinnamon 1 tsp Dried Ginger 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, add golden syrup and milk, pour into greased and lined loaf tin. Bake at 180 celcius for aprox 60 minutes.

Serve buttered or with low fat spread.
